Lifetime Guarantee
PB Swiss Tools provides a lifetime warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
We grant a lifetime warranty for material or production defects, unless warranty duration is shortened by a country’s national regulations. This means that faulty pieces, which have not become unusable by abuse or natural wear and tear, will be replaced free of charge by same products or products of same value. Each and any further warranty claims are expressly waived.
PB Swiss Tools shall be liable for damages to Buyer for products delivered for which the company must accept liability for wilful or gross negligent acts. Each and any further liability is waived. With the proviso of the regulations of the product liability law.
No «lifetime warranty» shall be granted for any tools and instruments with limited service life (such as instruments delivered sterile). A warranty of 3 years from purchase date shall be granted for torque screwdrivers.

In a warranty case, please contact us or your tool retailer. The shipping costs for returns are payable by the customer. Serial number for lifetime warranty
PB Swiss Tools hand tools have a serial number. As a result, all production stages down to the raw materials used can be traced back. That is the seal of approval for our unique quality.
Find out when your PB Swiss Tools product has passed the quality control checks in our factory: Enter the serial number on your PB Swiss Tools product into the box provided. You are then shown the date of the final check. Our database reaches back to the year 1992.
